Starting from a few years ago, I started attending various conventions run by an organisation called Rogue Events. They hold conventions, normally in Birmingham NEC (though some have been in London) for various television shows. So far, I’ve attended conventions for Supernatural, The Big Bang Theory and Vampire Diaries.
One of the other television shows Rogue Events is hosting conventions for is Teen Wolf. Having just checked the site for updates on the (three) conventions I’m going to this year, I’ve spotted their latest post pointing to the fact that they don’t have many tickets sold for the Teen Wolf conventions.
That particular television series is not, unfortunately, one that I have much interest in. I tried watching it and couldn’t get into it. But I know there are people who do enjoy the show and although there are issues with organisation with Rogue Events, they are generally very good at what they do. I have photos and autographs from many of the events and if you’re based in the UK and don’t want to have to travel to America (or another country) for a convention, it’s a good organisation to use.
Wolf’s Bane Origins is taking place on the weekend of 27th-29th March. There are currently three confirmed guests (Crystal Reed, Orny Adams and Ryan Kelley) and this one is taking place at the Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel. Further information can be found here
Wolf’s Bane 3 is taking place on the weekend of 17th-19th July. There are six confirmed guests (Tyler Posey, Dylan Sprayberry, Tyler Hoechlin, JR Bourne, Keahu Kahuanu and Ian Bohen) and this is taking place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel. Further information can be found here
It’s worth checking out the other conventions Rogue Events are putting on as well. There are some very good line-ups for the conventions I will personally be attending (Asylum 14, The City of Heroes and Asylum 15), as well as at least three confirmed for next year.
