I think the very idea behind this film is one that probably everyone can relate to. Not so much the sex tape being sent out, but sending text messages or e-mails to the wrong people. Most of the time, they’re harmless… but, of course, a lot of the time, it’s perfectly innocent and harmless.
Thanks to my brother (and E4), I’ve been watching a lot of How I Met Your Mother, so it was hard not to see Jason Segel as Marshall… especially when some of the things Jay said sounded so much like Marshall’s character.
Despite that, I did still quite enjoy this film. There was a little bit of mystery part of the way through and there was a lot of humour in this, even if there were some really cringe-worthy scenes.
There’s quite a lot that’s adult in nature about this film. I think the title makes it quite clear exactly what this film is about, but it is extremely graphic.
There were a few recognisable actors in this film and I felt they helped make it quite entertaining. There was good use made of the technology and the film held my attention throughout. It’s not a comedy film I would buy on DVD personally, but I think it was definitely entertaining to watch.
