Ink of Blood

I originally saw this film at the cinema quite a while ago. It’s similar to a zombie film, but the characters who became zombified had a bit more intelligence than is normally seen.

There were some quite creepy moments in this film. The atmosphere worked really well and there were certain things that really set the scene.

I would have liked a bit more background about what exactly caused the spread of the ‘Crazies’. I felt that the actors did quite a good job, even the one who played the character slipping that much slower.

There were a couple of quite effective camera angles where the view changed to a bird’s eye view. There were also some gory moments, but nothing quite as much as I was expecting.

This film was entertaining for a horror movie and I felt the actors did really well. I’d probably watch it again at some point, even though there are probably quite a few problems in this.
